Hand Tennis

An active sports game for small groups

How To Play Hand Tennis

Materials Needed

4 Tables, 1 Tennis Ball

Hand Tennis, short for "Hantis" can involve any number of players. Four tables are set up in a 2x2 pattern. A player enters the game at the first table. As mistakes are made and points are scored, players may move around to the serving table. The last table is the serving table. Every ?point? is considered an ?out?, so players rotate around the tables to fill in the empty gap made by the person who ?got out?. Your teammate is always the person guarding the table next to you. Teammates change rapidly as players get out and new players rotate into the game. This involves many players quickly and is considered a cardiovascular activity.
