How To Play Christmas Tree Decoration Making
Materials Needed
Construction paper or cardstock in a color of your choice
Scissors
Glue
Sequins, glitter, or other small decorations (optional)
Pencils, crayons, textas
Cut out a shape of your choice from the construction paper or cardstock. You can choose any shape that you would like to use as a Christmas tree decoration, such as a star, a snowflake, a bell, or a gingerbread man. You can either freehand the shape or use a template.
Decorate the shape however you like! You can glue on sequins, glitter or other small decorations to make it sparkly and festive. You can also draw on it with pencils, crayons and textas. You could even stick more card or patterned paper on it.
Once you've finished decorating your shape, use a small amount of glue to attach a loop of ribbon or string to the top of the shape. This will allow you to hang it on your Christmas tree.
Allow the glue to dry completely, and then your Christmas tree decoration is ready to be hung on your tree or given as a gift!
Repeat the process to make multiple decorations, or mix and match different decorations to create a set. You can also use these decorations to decorate wreaths, garlands, or other holiday displays.
