Poison Ball
Action games
Divide the group into two teams.
Set out an area with clear boundaries and get one team to stand in the middle of the area and the other team to line up around the area. The outside team get the balls (you can start with two if you want, or go straight to three). Then start the timer.
The outside must throw the balls underarm at the players in the middle. To get out, the ball must hit a player below the waist. The players in the middle can't use their arms to block the balls.
Time how long each team stays in for.
