Ox Tongue Relay

Split your group into whatever number of teams you want to use & give each team an Ox Tongue (if you buy it frozen then let it thaw prior to the event).

The idea is to run the relay/obstacle course/circuit with the Ox Tongue in your mouth & then pass to the next person WITHOUT using your hands. If it drops then pick it up no-hands.

The texture of the tongue is half the fun.

Optional ideas;
- If in the mouth is "too much" for you or your leadership then put the teams in pairs and have them transport the tongue between their cheeks (side-by-side)
- Soak the tongues in vinegar for a day and allow to drip-dry prior to the event for some extra taste
