- 1 Alka-seltzer tablet per player (or any kind of tablet that fizzes in water)
1 cup with 2oz of water per player

Whn the leader says "get ready", each player puts the tablet on their tongue. On "go", each player pours the water in their mouth (NOT swallowing any), and clamps their lips together. The object is to see who can keep their mouth closed the longest. Eventually fizzy foam explodes out of each players mouth...thus the name.
